A season of anticipation

All year long, we’ve watched our apple trees grow—buds in spring, blossoms in early summer, and tiny green orbs turning into plump, juicy apples by late September. There’s a quiet magic in seeing those branches heavy with fruit, each apple kissed by the sun and cooled by crisp breezes.

From late September through October, the orchard becomes the heart of the farm.
