Our half bronze turkeys sit perfectly in a roasting tin. They are ideal for a smaller party and allow the meat to cook on the bone maintaining a fuller flavour.
Our free range bronze turkeys have access to paddocks & orchards and enjoy scratching around under the apple trees. This provides them with conditions similar to their natural habitat, resulting in happy contented turkeys. At night they are housed in straw bedded barns with natural light and plenty of space. In addition to wind fall apples, the birds are fed a locally grown mixed cereal food. Whole wheat and oats produced on a neighbouring farm are also offered. This allows the turkeys to mature slowly and gives the meat a wonderfully rich flavour. Orchard Farm Turkeys are dry plucked, finished by hand and hung in a chilled store for up to 10 days. This tenderises the meat and allows the full flavour of the bird to develop.

Your turkey is wrapped in grease proof paper and boxed in our own branded boxes and will be ready for collection on the 23rd of December 8am-6pm.
